By creating your profile, you agree that LaPiroga will collect and process your personal data as follows:
Data Collection:
- We collect your email address from your Google login.
- When creating your profile, we ask you to provide your first name, last name, and a username.
- You also have the option to provide your phone number. Providing your phone number is not mandatory.
- We also ask for your consent if you wish to appear on our leaderboard.
Purpose of Processing:
- Your data is used to create and manage your account, process your orders (via Stripe or at the cashier), track your rewards level as you make purchases, and send you email confirmations for your orders.
Legal Basis:
- We process your personal data as it is necessary for the performance of our service (e.g., fulfilling your orders and managing your rewards).
- In cases where we send you marketing communications, we will obtain separate consent.
Data Security and Sharing:
- Your information is securely stored and is only shared with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors) who are contractually obligated to protect your data.
